All of our games are refundable when cancelled 24 or more hours in advance of your booking. No refunds are offered for games cancelled 24 hours or less prior to your booking or in case of no-show. In most cases, we can reschedule your game if you contact us at least 24 hours prior to your game start time. All payments are processed via Paygate, a Standard Bank appointed secure processing gateway. No credit card details are stored by us and your details are processed via 3D Secure (Verified by Visa/Mastercard Securecode).
Please send proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that payment confirmation needs to be received within 24 hours or your booking will automatically be cancelled. Payment also needs to be received within 24 hours of your game starting time, so please do not select this option if your game time is within the next 48 hours.

BE ON TIME
We run games back to back, and require all players to arrive on time. If you are late it will limit your game time. Please arrive 15 minutes before your game start time, so we can give you the low-down on how the game works and to give you a game briefing. Please also allow for 15 minutes after your game for photo's and to collect your belongings. The entire experience lasts around 1 hour 30 minutes.
We do not allow cellphones or cameras into the rooms. We do provide free safe and secure lockers to store your belongings. Safe and secure parking is provided in Granada Square, with entrances into the complex in both Ocean Way and Lagoon Drives. Once parked, take the lift to the 2nd floor.
We do have bathrooms on site if needed!

We accept EFT and Direct Deposit payments, as well as Credit and Debit cards. We also accept cash on arrival.
